Fipes[1] try to solve the 949 problem[2] aka « why using usb key is faster than using the network ».

Fipes is a privacy friendly web application to share files synchronously between 2 people.

We will see how the new HTLM5 JavaScript APIs help us to do so and why Erlang is the perfect match for the server.
